Cacao Pumpkin Spice Bites by @ourbalancedbowl Ingredients:  6 Emmy’s Organics Dark Cacao Coconut Cookies  1 cup rolled old fashioned oats  ⅓ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut ⅓ cup pumpkin puree  2 tbsp chia seeds  1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice  2-3 tbsp maple syrup  In a food processor, pulse the Emmy’s cookies until they are in small bite size pieces.
