Most of our cookies are made with about 8-11 simple, recognizable ingredients. You won't find any "enriched flour" or "invert sugar" here...just whole food, delicious ingredients like coconut, almond flour, vanilla extract, and Himalayan sea salt.

We started Emmy's Organics because we couldn't find a cookie that actually tasted amazing while fitting all of our own "quirky" restrictions. 

All of our cookies are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, corn and soy, and are 100% vegan. We use organic, ethically sourced whole food ingredients. Even our cacao is fair trade.

Our nutritionals are a reflection of using only ingredients you know and trust. Each serving of our Coconut Cookies contains only 4-5g of added sugar from organic agave syrup, balanced with 2-3g of fiber and fat from coconut oil. They're the perfect way to satisfy your cookie cravings without sacrificing your standards.
