Shipping policy

Order Processing

 

Same day shipping is available Monday through Thursday on orders that were placed by 12 PM.

Orders that were placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following business day (to ensure it is not stuck in high temperatures over the weekend while in transit).

 

Emmy’s business days are Monday – Thursday, unless we are closed for a holiday. Emmy’s observed holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

 

We do not offer international shipping or shipping to APO boxes. Please enter a valid U.S. street address when placing your order.

UPS / FedEx Ground**

UPS / FedEx 2-Day Shipping**

UPS / FedEx Overnight**

**We recommend using UPS My Choice / FedEx Delivery Manager to ensure timely and safe delivery, as our products can be meltable at high temperatures

 

$5 flat rate shipping on orders $75 and over

 

Warm Season (April 16 – Sept 29)

 

UPS Ground available for states NY, VT, MI, IN, KY, OH, PA, WV, VA, MD, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, ME.

Other states should choose either 2-day Shipping* or Overnight

 

*We do not take the responsibility if the product melts*

 

In the heat (over 70 F), we recommend that you ship your cookies to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment immediately. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where they may melt.
