Tahini Coconut Almond Chocolate Chunk Cookies by @sunflower_inthecity
Ingredients:
- 3 Emmy’s Organics Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- chopped chocolate bar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat the wet ingredients until well combined. Add the dry ingredients and Emmy’s Chocolate Chip cookies. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with flaky salt, and bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly so they firm up. Enjoy!
