Nutty Peanut Butter Rawnola by @thekindcoconut
Serves 2-3 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 4-5 Emmy’s Organics Peanut Butter Coconut Cookies *crumbled*
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups pitted dates
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts *optional
- 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup *optional
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Add everything to a food processor and pulse into small chunks for about 1-2 minutes. Make sure not to over blend or it will make a thick sticky batter.
- Transfer the chunks to a jar. Serve over smoothie bowls, oats, with non-dairy milk, or enjoy as is!
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.
