Dreamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats by @erinliveswhole
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Emmy's peanut butter coconut cookies, crumbled
- In a jar, mix oats and almond milk.
- Add in chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, and crumbled Emmy's cookies.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and let sit overnight.
- Take out in the morning, stir, and top with nut butter, granola, chia seeds, fruit, or whatever your heart desires!
