Dreamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Emmy's peanut butter coconut cookies, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a jar, mix oats and almond milk.
  2. Add in chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, and crumbled Emmy's cookies.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Cover and let sit overnight.
  5. Take out in the morning, stir, and top with nut butter, granola, chia seeds, fruit, or whatever your heart desires!
