Dark Chocolate Coconut Crunch Bars by @thenakedbroccoli
3 cups brown rice cacao crisp cereal
3 Emmy’s Organics Dark Cacao Coconut Cookies
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup berry jam
Crushed beet chips
- Add cereal, coconut cookies, and cacao powder to a food processor and lightly pulse just so that they are mixed together
- In a bowl, stir peanut butter and maple syrup and add cereal mixture
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press cereal and peanut butter mixture to form bars
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Once cooled, top with berry jam and crushed beet chips
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
