Ingredients:
Dough:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/4- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Topping:
1 cup of dairy free chocolate chips
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Mini chocolate chips for topping *optional*
Directions:
Dough:
Blend in food processor the peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk. Process until combined. Stir in chips so they stay whole. Roll into balls. Makes about 13-15 balls. Freeze 30 minutes.
Topping:
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil on 30 second intervals in microwave. Coat balls and immediately top with mini chocolate chips. Put back in freezer until hardened and enjoy!
