Ingredients

1/2 cup @brandlesslife smooth peanut butter 

3 tbs coconut flour 

1 tbs maple syrup 

1 tbs melted coconut oil 

9 Emmy's Organics Vanilla Bean Coconut Cookies 

2/3 cup chopped Eating Evolved dark chocolate 

1 tbs coconut oil 

DIRECTIONS

Line muffin tin with cupcake wrappers. Press in 1 cookie per mold. 

Next, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and 1 tbs melted coconut oil until smooth. Spread on top of cookie crusts. 

Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave or on a stove. Pour over peanut butter layer. Place in fridge to harden. DEVOUR
