Almond Joy Bars by @veggieworldrecipes
1 6 oz package of Emmy’s Organics Vanilla Bean Coconut Cookies
1 bar of vegan dark chocolate
Raw almonds (one for each cookie)
1. Shape the Emmy’s cookie into an oval shape.
2. Place an almond on top.
3. Melt your chocolate.
4. Dip each cookie into the chocolate until it is fully covered. Then place on a pan lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
5. Refrigerate or place in the freezer until the chocolate has dried.
