Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3 business days after they are placed. Orders that were placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following business day (to ensure they are not stuck in high temperatures over the weekend while in transit).

Emmy’s business days are Monday – Thursday, unless we are closed for a holiday. Emmy’s observed holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

We do not offer international shipping or shipping to APO boxes. Please enter a valid U.S. street address when placing your order.

We offer the following shipping methods for customers located in the United States.

**We recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to ensure timely and safe delivery, as our products can be meltable at high temperatures

*** We ask that our customers are patient with potential ship delays due to COVID-19 and the increased shipping volume nationally. Once an order has left our facility and is in transit, we are not liable for shipping delays.

$5 flat rate shipping on all orders, free shipping on orders $75 and over

 

Warm Season (April 16 – Sept 29)

*We do not take the responsibility if product melts, as we cannot guarantee packages are immediately accepted upon their delivery*

In the heat (over 70 F), we recommend that you ship your cookies to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment immediately. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where they may melt.

Upon delivery, bring your shipment out of the heat immediately. Since we do not use preservatives in our products, some melt is inevitable during the hot Spring-Summer months and will be reversed and mitigated by storing your product in a cool space. Store the product in the refrigerator, cool pantry, or freezer for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
