My product arrived melted, can I have a refund?
As always, we recommend storing your Coconut Cookies in a cool, dry location whenever possible. In the event that your cookies have melted either during transit or storage, they are still safe to consume! Just pop them in the fridge for a few hours to restore them to their original texture. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.
I don't like my Emmy's treats, can you refund me?
Unless there is an issue with product quality or items in your order are incorrect, we do not refund orders. If your treats were not what you imagined, please let us know via email and gift them to a friend, family member or local food pantry.
I changed my mind about the flavor of cookies I wanted, can I exchange my order for a different flavor or package size?
We do not allow product exchanges once an order has been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com to talk with a team member.
My order is incorrect or damaged, am I able to return it?
