Agave
The Agave we use is processed at a safe low (raw) temperature. Low glycemic value, making it a safer choice for sweet without the sugar rush. Rich source of iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

Almonds
Rich in magnesium, high in fiber & vitamin E. Powerful source of protein. High in monosaturated fat (aka the “good” fat) responsible for lowering cholesterol & reducing the risk of heart disease. Contain a significant amount of antioxidants.

Buckwheat
Energizing & nutritious, a grain that’s good for your cardiovascular system. Rich source of magnesium, high in antioxidants and B vitamins. Shown to lower the chance of developing high cholesterol & high blood
pressure. Scores high in satisying hunger.

Cacao

Coconut
Known as the “athlete’s fat" due to its ability to be converted immediately into energy. Highly nutritious,
coconut contains fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Contains medium-chain fatty acids, which can protect against heart disease.

Wonderfully delicious, one of the most popular sweet fruits, rich in dietary fiber. High in Vitamin A, antioxidants, iron, potassium and minerals like calcium, copper & magnesium. Dates are made of soft, easily digestible flesh & simple sugars.
